1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KnowHub platform, browser extensions, integrations, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, installing the extension, or using the Services in any way, you accept the Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Services & Availability

KnowHub continuously improves the Services and may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Certain functionality may be offered as beta or preview; such features are provided “as is” and may be discontinued without notice.

We aim for uninterrupted availability but do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, browser, or workflow.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect suspicious activity or a violation of these Terms.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the Services except as permitted by law.
  • Upload malicious code, interfere with system integrity, or disrupt other users.
  • Harvest data without authorization, or use the Services to build a competing product.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation, or access accounts or data that you are not authorized to view.

5. Plans, Billing & Taxes

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the notice period stated during checkout. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for the applicable fees.

All amounts are due in the currency specified on the order page and are exclusive of taxes, duties, or similar assessments. You are responsible for all such charges except those based on KnowHub’s income.

6. Customer Content & Confidentiality

“Customer Content” includes any data, recordings, workflows, documents, or materials you upload, record, or otherwise submit to the Services. You retain ownership of Customer Content and grant KnowHub a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide and improve the Services.

We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect Customer Content. Each party will keep the other party’s Confidential Information in strict confidence and use it only as necessary to fulfill its obligations under these Terms.

7. KnowHub Intellectual Property

KnowHub and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, documentation, templates, and visual elements. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

You may submit suggestions or feedback; by doing so you grant KnowHub a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback without obligation to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may connect with third-party products (such as analytics, storage providers, or single sign-on tools). Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms, and KnowHub is not responsible for third-party providers.

We may disable integrations that pose a security or compliance risk at our discretion.

9. Term, Suspension & Termination

These Terms remain in effect until your subscription ends or your account is terminated. Either party may terminate for cause if the other party materially breaches the Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of written notice.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate the Terms, fail to pay fees, or if your use poses a security risk. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services and we will delete or return Customer Content in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnowHub disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

KnowHub does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnowHub’s aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid or payable by you to KnowHub for the Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event will either party be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KnowHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, Customer Content, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notifications. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
